Problems Using the Wizard with America On Line and CompuServe

We would recommend all CompuServe users upgrade to the very latest Compuserve access software  as the improvements in their software will allow you to run any 32 bit net application, including the Wizard.

Users of AOL and CompuServe V2.1 (or before) who are having problems getting the latest version of the Wizard to connect need to download the 16 bit (Windows 3.1) version.

Since the latest version of the Submission Wizard is a 32 bit application, in order to obtain a connection to the Internet it uses a 32 bit Winsock connection, similar to the connection required by Netscape Navigator for Windows.

Unfortunately the Winsock provided by AOL V2.5 and CompuServe V2.1 only offers a 16 bit connection, however this problem can be overcome with our Windows 3.1 release, which uses a 16 bit connection, and will therefore work with AOL and CompuServe.

We apologise for any inconvenience, but why not download the Windows 3.1 version now and give it a go?
