Many of the problems we encounter are not related to the software but to bad installations. Read the instructions in the purple colored table cell below. So the first thing to do is to properly install the software before you contact us. If the problems persist, please copy the message from the windows error box and paste it into the form below. To do this highlight the message (click more details to see it) by dragging your mouse over it, push "Ctrl C" on your keyboard, then drop your cursor into the message box below and hit "Ctrl V" on your keyboard.

Technical Problems?

Many technical problems are caused by poor installs. Please follow this procedure:

1) Delete the Wizard program using Windows Uninstall.
2) Open Windows Explorer and delete the remaining files in the Exploit Directory making sure you back up your data files.
3) Shut off your computer and do a cold reboot after waiting 30 seconds.
4) Turn off any programs like your virus checker, ICQ, Windows Office 95/97/2000 or the like.
5) From the Windows start menu click "run" and find the subwiz.exe and install it.
6) Reboot your computer and then run the Wizard.
7) If the problem persists, please write down the error message and include it in this form.
